The actual format of your Will depends on the answers provided during the questioning process. There are five different last Will and Testament formats:-

1. A Simple Will - A Simple Will is used where you indicate that you are unmarried and do not have no children. The Will is used to appoint executors, making gifts, funeral directions, etc. Your residuary estate will pass to designated persons of your choice.

3. A Will which divides your entire estate between your children with while creating a life interest for your spouse.

4. Where you indicate that you are married with no children the format used is that of a Will giving your entire estate to your spouse with a trust over to nominated persons where your spouse fails to survive you.

5. Where the testator indicates that they are unmarried with children a trust will be created for the benefit of your children with power for the Trustees to provide for your children until they reach the age of eighteen years. Thereafter the residuary of your estate will be divided equally between your children.
