A Last Will & Testament, a Revocable Living Trust Agreement, a Living Will and a Durable Health Care Power Of Attorney are probably four of the most important estate planning documents that a person can have. When these documents are used in combination, they provide a solid estate plan catering for a speedy and tax efficient method of transferring your assets to your heirs.

The following four Kits are Contained in this kit:

1. Revocable Living Trust Kit
A Revocable Living Trust (also known as an inter vivos trust, a Living Trust or a Family  Trust) is a type of trust created for the purpose of holding ownership of an individual's assets during that person's lifetime, and for distributing those assets after their death.

2. Last Will and Testament Kit
A last Will and Testament is legal document which specifies how your assets are to treated after you are deceased. If you'd like to have a say in who receives your possessions when you die, and would also like to save your family thousands of dollars in unnecessary taxes and intestate administration proceedings in the process, then you must have a valid Last Will and Testament.

3. Living Will Kit
A Living Will is a document that allows you to designate a person (an "Agent") who will have the authority to make health care decisions on your behalf if you are unconscious, mentally incompetent, or otherwise unable to make such decisions. Unlike the Health Care Power of Attorney, you can also express your specific wishes regarding whether you wish to receive "life-sustaining procedures" if you become permanently comatose or terminally ill.

4. Durable Healthcare Power of Attorney
A Health Care Power of Attorney is a legal document that allows you to designate a person (an "Agent") who will have the authority to make health care decisions on your behalf if you are unconscious, mentally incompetent, or otherwise unable to make such decisions. With this form you will have control over the medical treatment you receive even when you are unable to make these decisions on your own behalf!
