What service do we provide and who is it aimed at?
Our service provides residents of England, Scotland and Wales with invaluable tools and information to enable them create their legal documents in a matter of minutes. UK-WIlls.com is a distributor of Legal Packs and Online Wills.
What about Payment?
We offer a full secure online ordering and download service together with a facility to verify the details appearing on your Will prior to completing your order. To assist customers who have reservations about purchasing Wills, or indeed any other items online, we have established an offline payment service whereby Wills can be purchased by forwarding bank drafts or cheques to UK Wills Online. Once the cheque or bank draft is received, your Will is immediately e-mailed to you.
What about assets held outside the UK?
Recognising the fact that so many British people are now purchasing second homes outside the UK, we have affiliated ourselves with other websites (but only after undertaking a complete due diligence of their products and management team) that provide online Wills in countries outside the UK. In particular, we have teamed up with Global-Wills.com and Australianwills.com, which between them provide Wills in over 30 countries worldwide. This allows existing customers of UK Wills to have access to a trusted third parties whom they can trust to create their Wills in the manner required by law.
